Refund policy

At Maré, we want you to love your fragrance. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfumes.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect product received
  • Unopened product in its original packaging

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Eligible Products

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products purchased at events, pop-ups, or through third-party retailers

Damaged Products

If your order arrived damaged, please email us at conchitasdesal@gmail.com within the first 48 hours of delivery including:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
